Great response from Ted Love about celebrating diversity and not hiding your race/culture! I think too many African Americans try to assimilate in corporate America, which alienates many other AAs who don't wish to do that.

SLE, I don't think the first comment was not about assimilation but rather about the experience of always needing a qualifier. It's like if someone called me the Middle Eastern Female Pharma PM.

This is most appreciated - it is not enough not to be racist.  We must be anti-racist.  Moreover, there were so many great comments about leadership and commercialization in biotech, irrespective of race, in this webinar.  Lots of great takeaways from inspiring leaders.  Thank you!
